Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil estimating.
• Knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, and street/highway construction.
• Experience with self-perform work and reading plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bids and estimate self-performed crew compositions and production rates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and scope determinations.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and collaborate with Estimating team.
• Develop risk exposure summaries with cost impacts.
