Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering or construction management, with at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil estimating. Proficiency in relevant software and a detail-oriented approach are essential. This position offers flexibility with a remote/hybrid work arrangement and potential travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy civil estimating.
• Extensive experience with earthwork and underground required.
• PCC paving and concrete knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, detailed cost estimates.
• Identify critical issues and develop risk exposure summary.
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors.
• Work with scheduling staff to develop precise bid schedules.
