Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7+ years of heavy civil/marine estimating experience.
• Knowledge of civil engineering and construction principles.
• Ability to lead teams and think creatively to win bids.
• Experience with subcontractor coordination and bid packages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full estimates for complex bid packages.
• Coordinate with project management to select projects for bidding.
• Collaborate with designers to optimize design-build solutions.
• Present estimates and support bid reviews with senior management.
