Job summary

Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Senior Estimator to drive revenue and nurture GC relationships across three specialty divisions. Reporting to the President, you will steer estimating efforts, build a robust project pipeline, and convert opportunities into profitable contracts.

This is a front-end leadership role focused on growth and disciplined margin management. Ideal candidates understand how commercial GCs evaluate bids, value bundled scopes, and can balance aggressive growth with margin

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction estimating with GC-side focus preferred.
• Familiarity with bundled scopes and multiple specialty divisions.
• Strong proposals, pricing strategy, and margin management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, owners, and developers.
• Review bids, qualify opportunities, and manage a robust bid pipeline.
• Prioritize bundled proposals to maximize opportunities and margins.
• Coordinate with Takeoff Specialists to ensure accurate estimates.
• Submit professional proposals meeting pricing standards with 25% minimum gross margin.
