Job summary

Teiken Global Ltd. is seeking a Senior Estimator in Miami, FL. You will build full project budgets from conceptual stage through CDs and across all trades, taking ownership of takeoffs, pricing, and value engineering for high-rise residential, hotels, and mixed-use projects.

The role is hands-on, in-office, with relocation assistance available for relocators. You will report into a busy preconstruction team and contribute to bids/pursuits with strong commercial judgment and meticulous attention

Qualifications

• Must have commercial estimating / preconstruction experience with GC/CM on vertical building — high-rise residential, hotels, office, or mixed-use (ground-up and/or conversions/renovations)
• Able to build a full project budget from conceptual / early-stage documents through SD, DD, and CD — whole-project, across all trades including MEP
• Hands-on estimator who owns the number directly — not Chief Estimator or BD-focused

Responsibilities

• Build full project budgets from early-stage and conceptual information to CDs.
• Lead takeoffs, pricing, General Requirements, bid leveling, scope-gap analysis, and value engineering.
• Own the numbers and drive bid pursuits end-to-end.
• Work in-office full-time with some flexibility.

$150,000 – $225,000 Base Salary (depending on experience) + Bonus + Full Benefits

Are you a Senior Estimator who can build a full project budget from the ground up — not just level someone else’s bids — looking to join an established GC/CM where your number is the final number that goes into the bid?

Do you want to own estimates end to end, from conceptual through to CDs, across the whole project and every trade — for a builder delivering high-rise residential, hotels, and commercial work, both ground-up and conversions?

This Senior Estimator sits at the heart of a busy preconstruction team for an established general contractor delivering complex vertical building across high-rise residential, hospitality, office, and mixed-use — ground-up as well as conversions and renovations. This is a hands‑on seat: you’ll build full project budgets from early-stage and conceptual information and run point on leading bids/pursuits. You’ll own takeoffs, pricing, General Requirements, bid levelling, scope-gap analysis, and value engineering. This is not a Chief Estimator or business-development seat — it’s for an estimator who wants to build the numbers themselves and be trusted to get them right.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

• Must have commercial estimating / preconstruction experience with a GC/CM on vertical building — high-rise residential, hotels, office, or mixed-use (ground-up and/or conversions/renovations)
• Must be able to build a full project budget from conceptual / early-stage documents through SD, DD, and CD — whole-project, across all trades including MEP
• Strong takeoffs, pricing, General Requirements, bid levelling, scope-gap analysis, and value engineering

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $150,000 – $225,000, depending on experience
