Job summary

Imperium Global seeks an executive-level estimator in Charlotte to take full ownership of the estimating function and help shape the company’s growth strategy alongside the President.

You will own estimating processes, influence project pursuits, and play a pivotal role in establishing Imperium Global as a major player in the Charlotte market with strong leadership and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5–15+ years of experience within the heavy civil construction industry, with site development experience preferred.
• Proven track record in estimating heavy civil/site development projects.
• Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities and associated civil scopes.
• Proficient with industry-standard estimating software and technology.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to take ownership and influence project pursuits.
