Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating in exhibits or experiential marketing.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and CAD files.
• Experience with cost modeling and value engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for trade shows, exhibits, and permanent installations.
• Review proposals and drawings to produce take-offs and cost evaluations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Design, Production, and Fabrication teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while preserving design intent.
• Prepare estimate presentations for internal and client reviews.
• Mentor junior estimators and maintain pricing databases.
