Job summary

Jack Morton Worldwide in Dayton, New Jersey seeks a Senior Project Manager for Experiential & Exhibit Fabrication to lead complex fabrication, tradeshow, and live event programs from client briefing through installation and closeout.

You will own end-to-end programs across design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site execution, building detailed plans, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to deliver world-class brand experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in tradeshow or experiential environments.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex programs from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of fabrication, production, installation, and live-event execution.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and reconciliations.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, and show-service partners.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from client intake through design, fabrication, installation, show-site execution, and closeout.
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate objectives into action plans for internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain scope, timelines, quality, and client expectations throughout the project.
• Anticipate upcoming needs and keep teams ahead of critical deadlines.
• Serve as operational leader to keep projects moving when priorities shift.
