Job summary

Felix Construction is hiring Estimators at multiple levels, from entry-level to senior, in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in water/wastewater projects. You will lead the preparation of bids, review project plans, and collaborate with various stakeholders. Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction estimating, preferably with a focus on water/wastewater.
• Skilled in hard bid, design-build, CMAR, and JOC delivery methods.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead bid teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in or lead preparation of bids from design through final closeout.
• Review project ads, plans, specs, and addenda.
• Perform detailed take-offs for civil, structural, and mechanical scopes.
