Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction cost estimating focused on electrical infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Estimator) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
• Analyze historical data to improve future estimates.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and manage change orders.
