Requirements -

• We’re looking for a Senior Estimator who brings both technical expertise and a strong sense of ownership to the table. The ideal candidate will have
• 5–10 years of electrical estimating experience in commercial or industrial sectors
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with executives and project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• experience with estimating software (Accubid preferred)
• A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience leading or mentoring other team members is a plus
  
  

Responsibilities -

• As a Senior Estimator, your role will be critical in supporting the growth and success of our team. Your responsibilities will include
• Developing detailed, accurate electrical estimates for a wide variety of project types
• Coordinating and managing the estimating process from concept through bid submission
• Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and vendors to define scope and strategy
• Performing on-screen takeoffs, quality control overlays, and cost analysis
• Reviewing and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
• Presenting proposals to internal teams and clients in a clear and professional manner
• Identifying cost-saving alternatives and contributing to value engineering efforts
• Training and mentoring junior estimators as part of the estimating team
