What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Estimator, you'll be at the heart of the preconstruction process, leading estimates from concept to submission while working closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors and operational teams.

You'll:

• Lead detailed estimates for commercial electrical construction projects
• Analyse drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Develop pricing strategies and competitive bid submissions
• Partner with operations teams to ensure complete and accurate bids
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
• Support business development initiatives and project pursuits
• Review contracts and ensure project scope aligns with submitted proposals
• Mentor and support junior estimating professionals
• Deliver value engineering solutions and cost-saving alternatives
• Help drive continuous improvement through technology and process innovation

What We're Looking For

We're interested in experienced electrical construction professionals who bring both technical expertise and strong commercial awareness.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 7+ years within the electrical construction industry
• Strong estimating experience on large-scale commercial projects
• Experience delivering estimates up to $15M electrical value
• Knowledge of commercial electrical systems and low-voltage solutions
• Experience with estimating software (ACCUBID preferred)
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering quality work
