Aufgaben

Prepare design/build, engineer, construction management, GMP, and hard-bid estimates/proposals.
Analyze quotations prior to bid day and evaluate subcontractor bids.
Enter quantity take-offs and material prices for projects.
Develop subcontractor/vendor scopes and review for completeness.
Coordinate with estimating team and lead bid day activities.
Guide junior staff on estimating procedures and software usage.
