Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent experience in civil/construction fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating concepts.
• Strong communication and project leadership for small estimates.
• Ability to interpret construction schedules and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Perform general or discipline cost estimating for capital costs and services.
• Support estimate reporting and reviews with technical direction to staff.
• Prepare services and cost estimates for specialized discipline areas.
• Develop unit rates and price factors for multiple disciplines.
• Contribute to risk analysis and contingency planning.
