Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares design/build, engineer, construction management, guaranteed maximum price, and hard-bid estimates/proposals.
• Analyzes quotations prior to and on bid day.
• Evaluates bids of sub-contractors and suppliers for scope, time and specs.
• Performs quantity take-offs and material pricing.
• Develops and reviews WBS structures and project scope.
• Presents opinions of probable construction cost for disciplines.
• Coordinates subcontractor/vendor scopes and bid processes.
• Guides junior staff in estimating procedures and software.
