Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares various estimates/proposals (design/build, CM, hard-bid).
• Analyzes quotations before and on bid day.
• Evaluates bids for scope, delivery, and specs compliance.
• Enters quantity take-offs and material prices for projects.
• Develops and applies WBS structures for estimates.
• Coordinates subcontractor and vendor scopes for completeness.
• Guides junior staff in estimating procedures and tools.
• Manages bid day and closeout activities.
