Job summary

LeoForce, a Nevada-based general contractor, is seeking a Senior Estimator for our Reno branch to lead project estimating for commercial and industrial work.

This role requires proven experience as an estimator at a GC, with knowledge of commercial/industrial construction, and delivering accurate takeoffs and bids. Proficiency in estimating software and strong collaboration with preconstruction teams is expected.

Qualifications

Experience as an estimator at a general contractor (GC).
Experience with commercial or industrial construction.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates for commercial/industrial construction projects.
Lead takeoffs, bids, and quantity surveys for assigned opportunities.
Collaborate with preconstruction and project teams to refine scopes and budgets.
