Job Title: Senior Estimator

Path Construction seeks a qualified Senior Estimator to join our organization in the Dallas, TX area. We are a rapidly growing general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Scottsdale, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; and Dallas, TX, with projects nationwide. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of construction estimating and leadership experience across multiple sectors including healthcare, multi-family, hospitality, retail, transportation, self-storage, senior living, water and waste treatment, convention centers, laboratories, correctional, and institutional projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Estimating and quantity take-offs
• Preparing and managing bid packages
• Subcontractor/bid procurement
• Managing RFIs during the bid period
• Cost control and scheduling
• Subcontractor relations
• Profit & Loss management
• Maintaining high-quality standards and competitive bid analysis

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or Architecture
• 10-12 years of experience in construction estimating
• Experience with self-perform work
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project)
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
• Ability to work effectively in a team
