Job summary

gpac is partnering with a well-established commercial General Contractor in Columbus, Ohio, to hire a Senior Estimator. You will join a growing team and focus on estimating ground-up commercial projects, preparing detailed budgets and bid proposals, and providing accurate cost projections.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of estimating experience, strong knowledge of subcontractor pricing, project costs, margins, and a collaborative approach with clients, architects and subs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, costs and margins.
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets and bid proposals.
