Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Diverse commercial construction experience across multiple project types preferred.
• Ability to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and bid proposals.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, pricing, project costs, and margins.
• Experience pricing, tracking, and negotiating change orders and project costs.
• Ability to analyze project profitability and contribute to accurate cost projections.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but not required.
