Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Proven experience estimating ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Diverse commercial project experience across multiple sectors preferred.
• Strong ability to develop accurate estimates, budgets, scopes, and bid proposals.
• Thorough understanding of subcontractor scopes, material costs, labor, pricing, and project margins.
• Experience soliciting, reviewing, leveling, and negotiating subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Experience evaluating change orders, project costs, and potential cost impacts.
• Strong understanding of project profitability and ability to contribute to accurate cost projections.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required.
