gpac is recruiting a Commercial Superintendent for local Columbus, OH projects. The role requires oversight of commercial construction with a strong pipeline and long-term growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent overseeing commercial construction projects
• Strong background in both ground-up and interior commercial construction
• Ability to lead and manage projects independently with minimal oversight
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to maintain project schedules, quality, and safety standards
• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, project managers, clients, and other project stakeholders
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred, but not required
