Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time technical experience with at least 5 years of estimating.
• Knowledge of construction codes, practices, QA/QC policies.
• Valid driver's license in New York State required.

• Supervise quantity surveys and cost evaluations.
• Use estimating software to verify material prices.
