Calqulate Metrics Ltd in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Civil Estimator to lead the Civil Preconstruction Department. You will oversee and present competitive cost estimates for paving projects, influence winning bids, and grow our preconstruction team.

• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the civil industry.
• Proven track record of estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, paving, grading, etc).
• Proficient in necessary software including Excel, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Bid-To-Win; AGTEK preferred.
• Excellent communication, client/business development and negotiation abilities.
• Sense of Urgency on submitting complete bids (on time).

Senior Civil Estimator - Nashville, TN

As a Leader in the Civil Construction industry for Nashville TN , We work in a complex side of the construction industry.

We are searching for an experienced Estimator in Nashville to lead our Civil Precon Department.

As our Senior Civil Estimator - you will oversee, approve & present our competitive cost estimates for all paving projects we perform. Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win more work and execute on those potential projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to lead ( and grow) our preconstruction team.

• Proficient in necessary software is preferred including Excel, Bluebeam (+ HeavyBid,, Bid-To-Win, AGTEK -preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, client/business development and negotiation abilities.
• Sense of Urgency on submitting complete bids (on time) is absolutely essential.
