ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Civil Estimator to lead our Civil Precon Department. You will oversee, approve, and present competitive cost estimates for paving projects, driving bid success and project execution.

The role requires strong communication and a proven track record in civil estimating, with leadership expectations to mentor junior estimators and improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the civil industry.
• Proven track record of estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, paving, grading, etc).
• Excellent communication, client/business development and negotiation abilities.
• Sense of Urgency on submitting complete bids (on time) is absolutely essential.

We are searching for an experienced Estimator in Nashville to lead our Civil Precon Department.

As our Senior Civil Estimator - you will oversee, approve & present our competitive cost estimates for all paving projects we perform. Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win more work and execute on those potential projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to lead ( and grow) our preconstruction team.

Responsibilities

• Sense of Urgency on submitting complete bids (on time) is absolutely essential.
