Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to lead our Nashville civil preconstruction team. You will oversee, prepare, and present detailed cost estimates for paving and civil projects, guiding bids from start to finish.

The role demands 5+ years of estimating in civil construction, strong Excel/Bluebeam/HeavyBid proficiency, and outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the civil industry.
• Proven track record of estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, paving, grading, etc).
• Proficient in necessary software including Excel, Bluebeam, HeavyBid and related tools.
• Excellent communication, client/business development and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Lead bid processes for public and private sector projects.
• Identify labor, materials, and time requirements by studying proposals and plans.
• Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes.

As a Leader in the Civil Construction industry for Nashville TN , We work in a complex side of the construction industry.

We are searching for an experienced Estimator in Nashville to lead our Civil Precon Department.

As our Senior Civil Estimator - you will oversee, approve & present our competitive cost estimates for all paving projects we perform. Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win more work and execute on those potential projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to lead ( and grow) our preconstruction team.
