Sun Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to lead our Civil Preconstruction team in Nashville, TN. You will oversee cost estimates for paving projects, analyze drawings, and prepare bid packages to win work.

You will mentor junior estimators, develop templates, and provide value engineering. Strong communication, negotiation, and a proven track record in excavation, paving, and grading are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the civil industry.
• Proven track record of estimating a range of civil projects (excavation, paving, grading, etc).
• Proficient in necessary software including Excel, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Bid-To-Win, AGTEK (preferred).
• Excellent communication, client/business development and negotiation abilities.
• Sense of urgency in submitting complete bids on time.

As a Leader in the Civil Construction industry for Nashville TN , We work in a complex side of the construction industry.

We are searching for an experienced Estimator in Nashville to lead our Civil Precon Department.

As our Senior Civil Estimator - you will oversee, approve & present our competitive cost estimates for all paving projects we perform. Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win more work and execute on those potential projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to lead ( and grow) our preconstruction team.
