Job summary

Your Talent Team seeks a Senior Civil Estimator in Nashville, TN to lead the Civil Preconstruction Department, overseeing cost estimates for paving projects and guiding bid strategies.

You will analyze drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, mentor junior estimators, and implement estimating templates while aiming to win work. Strong communication and software skills (Excel, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Bid-To-Win, AGTEK) are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in civil construction.
• Proven track record estimating varied civil projects (excavation, paving, grading).
• Proficient in software such as Excel, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Bid-To-Win and AGTEK.
• Excellent communication, client development and negotiation abilities.
• Urgency in submitting complete bids on time is essential.

Responsibilities

As a Leader in the Civil Construction industry for Nashville TN , We work in a complex side of the construction industry.

We are searching for an experienced Estimator in Nashville to lead our Civil Precon Department.

As our Senior Civil Estimator - you will oversee, approve & present our competitive cost estimates for all paving projects we perform. Furthermore, Your expertise will directly impact the company’s ability to win more work and execute on those potential projects -- so We are looking for the Right Person to lead ( and grow) our preconstruction team.

• Excellent communication, client/business development and negotiation abilities.
• Sense of Urgency on submitting complete bids (on time) is absolutely essential.
