Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Jackson, WY. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, and develop complete estimates for commercial construction projects.

Required: 5+ years as a Construction Estimator, a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, and strong analytical and collaborative skills to work with trade partners and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of construction principles, engineering practices, management strategies, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and drawings to understand project scope and develop estimates from ground up.
• Perform takeoffs, identify labor and material requirements, and uncover scope gaps.
• Analyze costs, compare subcontractor proposals, and develop pricing for decisions.
