Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a Jackson, Wyoming-based general contractor known for healthcare projects and complex builds. The role focuses on delivering accurate bids across commercial projects and building strong client relationships.

You will prepare estimates from concept through final bid, analyze drawings, and collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Healthcare or technically complex projects experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local subcontractor market.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
