Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced Estimator to develop custom products and project estimates based on architectural plans and specifications.

This role combines technical design, estimating, and coordination with customers, vendors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will interpret blueprints, perform accurate material takeoffs, and apply strong sheet metal fabrication knowledge within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting architectural blueprints and performing accurate material takeoffs.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Familiarity with equipment such as shears, press brakes, CNC punches, laser cutting, welding, or similar machinery.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, architects, vendors, and internal departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
