Job summary

JCQ Services, a leading construction firm in Central Florida, is seeking a Senior Estimator with 8–10+ years of estimating in commercial construction. You will lead bid efforts, develop competitive estimates, and collaborate with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to win high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will advance our use of AI, automation, and data analytics in estimating, while maintaining rigorous cost control, schedule awareness, and clear communication with clients and JCQ

Qualifications

8–10+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
Procore and estimating technologies proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain, and continuously improve JCQ's estimating processes and bid procedures.
Lead estimating efforts for major projects and prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, and subcontractors.
Review and validate bid documents, cost data, and subcontractor pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
Champion the use of AI and automation to improve estimating efficiency and accuracy.
