Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans, specifications, and scopes to produce accurate, detailed estimates for hospitality and commercial construction projects.
• Develop and manage comprehensive bid packages, including invitations to bid, subcontractor lists, scope clarifications, levelling sheets, and project management templates.
• Lead estimation efforts on complex renovations, including full hotel and room remodels, while contributing to strategic bid planning and proposal development.
• Manage the bid calendar and process from end to end, ensuring timely collaboration with Program and Preconstruction Managers, and supporting final submissions.
• Facilitate bid strategy meetings, guide workflow improvements, and drive internal coordination to enhance preconstruction performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers; solicit and review bids, clarify scopes, negotiate pricing, and attend job walks and proposal meetings to ensure effective project management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness in all estimates and internal documentation, including Bid Logs and CRM records, while supporting technical proposals and alternative delivery methods

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, excel at coordinating multiple project timelines simultaneously, and demonstrate a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates for hotel remodels and large-scale renovations. You'll work independently while collaborating closely with Program and Preconstruction Managers to refine processes, build subcontractor relationships, and ensure every estimate reflects both technical precision and competitive market positioning.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$80,000 - $95,000 Based on Experience
