Job summary

Scott Humphrey is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction on K-12 projects in the DFW market, focusing on ground-up and renovation work and mentoring the estimating team.

You will oversee estimates from concept through award, coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors, and ensure a smooth turnover to operations. This is a senior leadership role within a respected GC with a strong backlog.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor.
• Ground-up and renovation work ranging from $6M-$50M+
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and pricing.
• Experience with estimating software and takeoff tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
