Job summary

NextPlay Jobs and a growing commercial contractor seek a Senior Estimator to join its Denver-area team. This role offers ownership of estimating for complex renovation and building-envelope projects, working closely with operations and leadership.

You will estimate multi-trade projects from conceptual budgets through final bids, with a strong emphasis on plans, specs, scopes, and subcontractor pricing. Candidates should have 5+ years in construction estimating and be local to Denver/Englewood.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience estimating commercial construction projects.
• Experience with renovation and building-envelope work.
• Ability to estimate multi-trade projects from conceptual budgets to final bids.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, scopes, subcontractor pricing and takeoffs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently.
• Local to the Denver/Englewood area.

We’re partnering with an established, growing commercial contractor seeking a Senior Estimator to join its Denver-area team. What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of plans, specifications, scopes, subcontractor pricing and takeoffs
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines independently
• Local to or able to work from the Denver/Englewood area
