Job summary

EMERY SAPP & SONS is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead the estimating process for construction projects. You will prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction estimating, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with government contracts. Proficiency in HeavyBid, inEight, or Bid2Win is preferred.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the estimating process from start to finish, including the preparation of detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for construction projects.
