Job summary

The Boeing Company in Missouri seeks an Estimating and Pricing Specialist (Senior or Lead) to develop budgetary and formal estimates for labor, materials, and other costs. You will lead price proposals, participate in competitive and sole-source bids, and guide cross-functional teams through complex funding scenarios.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills, with experience in parametric modeling and government/DoD processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 5+ years in a finance-related position (e.g., Estimating, Cost Management, Contracts).
• Experience with MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead development of complex estimates and prices from requirements through design, build and sustainment.
• Develop, validate and substantiate cost and price proposals.
• Review RFPs and identify estimating requirements and pricing approaches.
• Apply advanced estimating methodologies and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain pricing models, rates, factors and databases.
• Lead analyses in risk, financial and competitive assessments.
• Develop and evaluate business cases and support proposal decisions.
• Coordinate with proposal teams and stakeholders to ensure documentation alignment.
• Support fact-finding, negotiation and audit activities.
