Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance, business, accounting or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in a finance-related role (estimation, cost management, accounting or procurement).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and pricing/proposal processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of budgetary and formal estimates for labor, material and other cost elements.
• Prepare, validate and substantiate cost proposals for new business and contract changes.
• Review RFPs and develop pricing approaches with proposal teams and leadership.
• Build and maintain pricing models and supporting databases.
• Support risk, financial and competitive analyses and audit activities.
