Job summary

The Boeing Company in Missouri seeks Estimating and Pricing Specialists (Senior or Lead) to support Air Dominance programs in Hazelwood or Berkeley. You will lead budgetary and formal estimates for labor, materials, and other costs, partnering with proposal teams to shape competitive and sole-source proposals.

The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven analysis, and compliance, with opportunities to influence pricing strategies and program outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 5+ years in finance-related roles such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Estimating or Contracts.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex estimates and prices from technical requirements through design, build, and sustainment phases.
• Develop, prepare, validate, and substantiate cost and price proposals.
• Review RFQ, identify estimating requirements, and develop sound pricing approaches.
• Apply advanced estimating methodologies and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain pricing models, rates, factors, and supporting databases.
• Perform and lead analyses in support of risk, financial, and competitive assessments.
• Coordinate with proposal teams and cost element owners to ensure consistent basis of estimate documentation.
