Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional esthetics experience.
• Current Vermont esthetician license in good standing.
• Advanced training in professional skincare and clinical treatments.
• Proven experience with Hydrafacial and chemical peels.
• Microneedling experience strongly preferred.
• Highly skilled in face and body waxing.
• Brow and lash experience is a plus.
• Strong consultation and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to sell skincare and build retail revenue.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized, results-oriented facial treatments based on guest's skin concerns and goals.
• Deliver advanced treatments including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other clinical skincare services.
• Perform microneedling or other advanced modalities, with appropriate training and certification.
• Stay current on skincare technology, treatment protocols, ingredients, and industry best practices.
• Maintain exceptional treatment-room standards, sanitation, and adherence to all applicable regulations and protocols.
• Perform full-face and full-body waxing with confidence and attention to detail.
• Provide brow shaping and other brow services.
• Lash services are a strong plus.
• Comfortably recommend and perform appropriate add-on services and enhancements.
• Create a highly personalized experience from consultation through treatment and checkout.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and confidently educate guests about their skin and treatment options.
• Build a loyal clientele through exceptional service, technical expertise, and genuine connection.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records.
• Deliver an elevated experience consistent with the SALT + GROVE brand.
• Be highly confident and effective at recommending and selling professional skincare products.
• Translate treatment-room observations into thoughtful, personalized home-care recommendations.
• Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and proper use without making the experience feel transactional.
• Consistently contribute to spa retail sales and treatment enhancements.
• Become deeply knowledgeable about the professional and retail skincare brands carried by SALT + GROVE.
