• Brow and lash experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized, results-oriented facial treatments based on guest's skin concerns and goals.

• Provide brow shaping and other brow services.
• Lash services are a strong plus.
• Comfortably recommend and perform appropriate add-on services and enhancements.

• Conduct thorough skin consultations and confidently educate guests about their skin and treatment options.

This is a role for someone who has built a strong foundation in advanced skincare and is confident delivering elevated, results-driven treatments while creating a warm, personalized guest experience.

We are looking for someone with 5–10 years of professional esthetics experience, strong clinical training, excellent technical skills, and a genuine passion for skincare. Our ideal candidate is equally comfortable performing advanced treatments, recommending a thoughtful home-care regimen, and building lasting relationships with guests.

What You'll Do

Advanced Skincare Treatments

• Perform customized, results-oriented facial treatments based on each guest's skin concerns and goals.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of professional esthetics experience
• Current Vermont esthetician license in good standing
• Advanced training in professional skincare and clinical treatments
• Proven experience with Hydrafacial and chemical peels
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, ingredients, contraindications, and treatment protocols
• Experience with dermaplaning and other advanced facial modalities
• Microneedling experience strongly preferred
