Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation – Spruce Peak, Vermont, is seeking an Esthetician to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will provide skin care services, including facials and waxing, and deliver luxurious guest experiences at our luxury resort.

Must have strong communication and customer service, 2–3 years spa or hospitality experience, and CPR certification preferred. This role offers full-time hours with benefits, commission-based pay, and opportunities to grow within the Hyatt family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors.
• Provides consistent professional facials and waxing in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
• Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas.
• Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
• Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa’s policies and procedures.
• Greets guests upon arrival.
• Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility.
• Maintains an accurate supply list and inventory sheet.
• Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly.
• Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events.
