You will manage probate and estate administration from filing to closing, prepare fiduciary tax returns, and coordinate with clients and advisors to ensure precise, confidential handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of Estates & Trusts experience required.
• Experience with estate planning, probate, and related tax matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage probate and estate administration matters from initial filing through final settlement and closing.
• Prepare and file federal and state estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns.
• Draft, review, and organize estate planning and estate administration documents.
• Coordinate with clients, accountants, financial institutions, and other professional advisors to facilitate the efficient administration of estates and trusts.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and well-organized client, probate, and estate records.
• Utilize estate administration and tax software to prepare filings, maintain records, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner closely with attorneys and administrative colleagues to ensure deadlines are met and matters are handled with precision and professionalism.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
