Job summary

Greenleaf Trust is seeking a trusted professional to manage client, beneficiary, internal and estate settlement relationships in the role of trustee, personal representative, agent and/or custodian. You will oversee fiduciary duties, asset administration, and coordination with appraisers, attorneys, and tax advisors.

You will deliver proactive client service, educate beneficiaries on settlement processes, prepare financial accountings, tax returns, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CTFA or JD preferred.
• Experience in estate settlement, trust administration, and client service.
• Knowledge of grief processes and applying empathy.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiduciary duties in trusts and estates.
• Coordinate collection, liquidation, and distributions of assets.
• Prepare tax returns and financial accountings for beneficiaries.
• Provide proactive client service and reporting to stakeholders.
