Greenleaf Trust Delaware seeks an experienced Trust Officer to manage client relationships as trustee, agent, and custodian. You will lead initiatives in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management services for high-net-worth clients.

This role emphasizes fiduciary excellence, proactive client service, and collaboration with legal and tax advisors. Occasional travel to engage centers of influence and support Delaware business development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and customer service.
• Experience with client support, wealth management, and trust administration.
• Proven leadership experience in developing and motivating teams.
• Sales experience in a service-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage client relationships as trustee, agent, and/or custodian.
• Develop wealth management plans and ongoing strategies with clients.
• Coordinate with legal and tax advisors and other professionals.
• Lead and support Delaware trust accounts and related fiduciary activities.
