You will review trust agreements, wills and other estate planning documents, coordinate with clients, attorneys and internal specialists, and lead settlement activities from intake to completion. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Eight or more years of personal trust and/or estate planning experience

Responsibilities

• Administer post-death settlement matters and probate estates to carry out decedents' objectives
• Plan and coordinate settlement activities and assign responsibilities
• Resolve trust, tax, banking, investment, and compliance issues
• Maintain beneficiary and family relationships and provide information to interested parties
• Manage estate assets including collection, valuation, retention, liquidation, transfer or distribution
• Coordinate tax filings with internal tax experts and external professionals
• Identify and mitigate fiduciary, operational, legal, tax, and reputational risks
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ethics standards
