Job summary

Osaic is seeking an experienced Senior Estate Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role will serve as a subject matter expert on estate planning, trust design, wealth transfer, and related developments for high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate has extensive law practice in trusts and estates, can analyze complex documents, and communicate sophisticated concepts to financial advisors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on trusts and estates.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and interpreting of estate planning documents.
• Deep understanding of federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors supporting high-net-worth clients.
• Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents.
• Identify opportunities, risks, and gaps within clients' plans.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support complex client situations.
