Protouch Staffing's client, a well-established Milwaukee-area law firm, seeks an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal for its Wauwatosa office. Ideal candidate has 5+ years supporting estate planning matters, strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate procedures, and client coordination.

You will prepare legal documents, manage files, coordinate the estate planning process, and support attorneys to move matters forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a paralegal in estate planning.
• Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney.
• Knowledge of probate procedures and trust administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and deadline management.
• Wisconsin-based law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POA, healthcare directives).
• Assist attorneys with the preparation and administration of estate planning matters.
• Coordinate client intake and gather relevant financial information.
• Communicate with clients and institutions for information and documentation.
• Maintain and organize client files, track deadlines, and document control.
• Assist with trust administration and probate-related matters as needed.
• Review documents for accuracy and consistency.
• Provide administrative and legal support throughout the estate planning process.
