Qualifications

• 2-5 years paralegal experience; estate planning/probate preferred.
• Organized, detail-oriented; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional presence with integrity and client-first mindset.
• Experience drafting legal documents and summaries a plus.

Responsabilités

• Independently manage probate, estate, and trust administration files.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize client and decedent asset data.
• Draft inventories, accounts, and funding summaries.
• Maintain accurate billing and meet productivity expectations.
• Regularly communicate with clients regarding case status and next steps.
• Record deeds; liaise with financial institutions for asset transfers.
• Meet deadlines; ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time.
• Schedule and attend client meetings; assist in signings and notarization.
• Track case progress using digital systems; maintain detailed notes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Paralegal I team members.
• Pursue CLEs, certifications, and skill enhancements.
