We are a growing Trust & Estate boutique law firm in Miami, currently hiring a Senior Associate or Partner to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $300,000 per year, based on skills and experience.

About Us: We seek an experienced, client-focused Estate Planning and Wealth Management Attorney to serve our Florida-based legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, trust and estate administration, wealth preservation, and asset protection, with comprehensive knowledge of Florida law and federal tax codes. You will provide high-net-worth clients with sophisticated legal guidance tailored to their financial and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement customized estate plans, including wills, trusts (revocable, irrevocable, charitable, GRATs), powers of attorney, and advance directives.
2. Advise clients on complex wealth management strategies, including tax minimization, generational transfer, business succession, and charitable giving.
3. Manage probate and trust administration processes and represent clients in guardianship and fiduciary matters.
4. Collaborate with financial advisors, CPAs, and other professionals to coordinate holistic wealth strategies.
5. Stay updated on changes in estate and gift tax laws, trust law, and Florida probate procedures.
6. Draft and review legal documents with high attention to detail, ensuring legal compliance.
7. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through strategic and compassionate counsel.
8. Participate in business development activities such as seminars, outreach, and networking.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 5+ years of estate planning, trust, and estate law experience
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred)
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Strong analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple client matters with high organization and attention to detail
